Returns
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. If your product arrived damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund it regardless of condition.
How to return an item:
- Email us at support@nuvori.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days for New Zealand customers. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Free shipping is available on all orders over $75 NZD.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No return required.
